T B Parts big bore kit has arrived. Also ordered the 2018 CRF50 kick starter assembly and new transmission bearings and a few other items. Ken’s thinking a 20mm carb would be plenty, but the kit came with a 26mm. I might have to buy the 20mm carb and a 20mm intake. Let the fun begin. If you need TB Parts, I’m a dealer and can help you with parts for your build.

I’ve gone as far as I can on the frame. Now to focus on the motor. Some people call them engines. Honda calls them motors. Hence the name, Honda Motor Company.
I’m going to take a 1986 TRX70 motor and install a TB Parts 108cc big bore kit in it. Now the TRX motor has a 4 speed transmission with CDI ignition ( no points) and an automatic clutch. I also ordered a heavy duty clutch and high output oil pump. Must have with the motor upgrade. So the original crank, cylinder, head carburetor and clutch will be replaced with the upgraded kit.

Currently restoring a 1970 Honda CT70. It’s turning out to be a beautiful little bike. Thinking about rebuilding the 70cc motor with a 108cc stroker big bore kit.

Finished the revamp on the workshop. Now building a Tool Building for the tools that got my workshop so dirty. Bead blaster, dust collector, drill press, parts washer, carburetor cleaner, bench grinder, buffer and the new v***r blaster.
