Dear Smokecignals community,
It is with a heavy heart that we share some news today. After nearly 10 incredible years of serving this amazing community, we must sadly inform you that Smokecignals Baton Rouge will be closing its doors. We want to express our sincerest gratitude for the love, support, and loyalty you have shown us throughout this journey.
The decision to close our store has not been an easy one. Over the years, we have had the privilege of building deep connections with our customers, who have become more like family. The relationships we've formed and the memories we've created together will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We truly appreciate each and every one of you for being a part of our Smokecignals family.
As many of you may be aware, the v***r industry has faced numerous challenges and hurdles. Unfortunately, recent legislation in Louisiana has imposed significant burdens that make it increasingly difficult for v***r businesses like ours to continue operating. Despite our best efforts, we find ourselves at a crossroads where continuing the business is no longer feasible.
We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to our incredible staff who have dedicated their time and energy to provide you with exceptional service. Their commitment and passion have been instrumental in making Smokecignals the cherished community hub that it has become.
To our loyal customers, we cannot thank you enough for your unwavering support and trust in us. It has been an honor to serve you and assist you on your journey to a smoke-free lifestyle. We hope that the positive impact we've had on your lives will continue long after our doors close.
