Recruiter / Assistant Office Manager / Bilingual
Must have strong recruiting skills (individuals, groups, non-profits) to find operators for Fireworks Locations.
Candidates for this full-time position should have the following traits:

• Ability to pass a per-employment drug screen and background check
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other related duties may be assigned
• Respond to and/or direct inquiries in person or on the phone.
• Maintain data entry or process any office documents
• Perform clerical duties
• Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
• Answer phones and provide customer service to clients.
• Set up new clients in database.
• Create invoices for clients
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers and operators.
• Request and manage permits
• Help support a busy fireworks distribution fast paced office
Qualifications:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with various computer applications. Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to learn new windows-based software quickly.
• Great typing/data entry skills.
• Ability to work productively with little supervision.
• Willingness to provide varied support
• Ability to conform to an established work schedule.
• Ability to communicate in a concise and effective manner.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise tact and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
