This beautiful swap card by Toni Mari Campana immediately caught my eye when swapping at On Stage (yes, I still have some to share!).

The Flowers Fair stamp set creates such a soft, delicate design, and I absolutely love the combination of pale blue, soft pink, and fresh green. The coloring, ribbon, and simple sentiment come together for a card that feels both elegant and cheerful.

One of my favorite things about swap cards is seeing how different stampers bring their own style to a design, and this one is a lovely example.

The Silly Old Bear Designer Series Paper does more than provide a cute background.
In this quick tip from my weekly live, I show how a simple die cut taken directly from the patterned paper becomes the focal point of the card. It's an easy way to let the artwork do the work while creating a card with dimension and interest.
Watch the full video tutorial on my blog for all the card details and creative ideas using the Silly Old Bear collection. Inspired by swap card from Hannah Byrd.

This sailboat card is such a great design for masculine cards, retirement cards, or summer birthdays.

I love how the soft colors of the Sunset Coast DSP and layered texture give it a relaxed coastal feel while still being simple enough to recreate easily.

If you’re always looking for handmade card ideas for men, this is definitely one to save.

Yesterday’s live took a very unexpected turn when I got distracted by the new Silly Old Bear Suite and a swap card from Hannah Byrd… and honestly, I’m not sorry about it.

We created this sweet layered scene card featuring Pooh and friends, embossed texture, distressed cardstock, and die-cut images straight from the designer series paper. It was one of those projects that just kept evolving as we crafted.

If you missed the live, you can catch the replay now on my Stampin' with Brenda page. I walk through all the details, techniques, and products used for the card.

I’d love to know which character is your favorite from the card.

In today’s live cardmaking class, I’m creating a soft vintage-inspired card using the Silly Old Bear set featuring Winnie the Pooh and friends CASE’d from my friend Hannah Byrd from Hannah Crafted Gifts.

This design combines embossing, layering, textured backgrounds, and detailed die cuts to create a handmade card with a nostalgic storybook feel. The soft colors and classic characters make this a fun project for cardmakers who love whimsical or vintage-inspired designs.

In this video:
• Vintage-inspired cardmaking techniques
• Embossed background tips
• Layering stamped and die-cut elements
• Soft color palette inspiration
• Character-themed handmade card ideas

Whether you’re crafting along or watching for inspiration, you’ll see the card come together step by step with tips for layering, texture, and embellishing.

Card Measurements:

• Thick Very Vanilla Card Base—5 1/2” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
• Very Vanilla – 4” x 1 ½”
• Peaceful Pine – 3” x 4”
• Silly Old Bear 12” x 12” DSP – die cut characters
• Golden Glow – 1” x 2”
• Barely Blush – 1 ½” x 2”
• Crisp Canteloupe – 2” x 2 ¼”

We’ll be combining stamping, texture, and layering to create a sweet card with lots of storybook charm. If you love nostalgic designs or character-inspired cards, this is going to be a fun one.

Soft sunset colors, coastal layers, and a peaceful sailboat scene — this card was such a fun one to create.

I love cards like this that feel relaxing and elegant while still being simple enough to recreate. The layered textures and warm sunset tones give it such a calm coastal feel.

This design was featured in my recent Cards & Company Zoom class this month, and it’s one of those cards that works beautifully for so many occasions.

I share new cardmaking ideas, tutorials, and classes every week. Check out my class schedule on beacons link in bio.
