Over the years I have suffered with random numbness on my right side of my right hand. Sunday I woke up to what felt like I slept on my hand all night…. Days go by & still no improvement or feeling of “sleeping hand” going away (sooo annoying)

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME AS I am learning how to gain mobility in the hand. I have no strength in the hand I need for lashing. 😤
