Uncrated it and got it mostly set up less threading it all up. Brings us up to 34 heads in total. Need some large hat orders please 😀

Just tossing this thought out there :)

Our team needs to grow - not only to a new larger facility in the next couple of months but in production capability as well.
We are currently seeking an embroidery machine operator to join our production team in Bartlett, IL. This is an in-office position ideal for someone who likes to work on their feet and produce material outcomes.

What You'd Be Doing:
Reading work orders for accurate decoration.
Operating embroidery machines and heat presses to fulfill custom apparel orders.
Performing basic maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency.
Multitasking between different tasks, including organizing and preparing orders.
Verifying garments counts to ensure correct order fulfilment.
Performing finishing touches to the products to meet quality control standards and customers specifications.
Assist in the packing/shipping process to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

You're Probably a Match If You Have:
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to multitask effectively.
A commitment to quality control in all aspects of your work.
While no previous experience is required, a willingness to learn and grow is a must.

Additional Qualifications:
Must be Dependable
Eager to learn new skills
Moderate level of computer knowledge / comfort
Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the operation.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
