Learned something new this week - how to dye silk scarves! Thank you, Carolyn French, for sharing your skills with us. We all started out with the same white silk scarves, and then the fun began. We piled on ice cubes, sprinkled with dye, and each one turned out so different and charming. What fun!

Am happy to report that the 2nd Little House painting "Laura and Jack" now has a new home at the Independence Public Library, right beside the 1st one. They're on the landing for children to see as they go up the stairs to their section.
