Hello Yarners! I’m back in action 👍🏼 I’ll be at Spinning Yarns on Thursday nights beginning on September 8. Work on your current project or start something new. I’ll bet there to guide you and get you unstuck so you can progress!

I’m currently working on a crochet project named Astoria. Me being me, instead of using a fi*****ng yarn as written, I’m and using worsted weight yarn and larger hook so that my new wall hanging will be bigger! Here’s a link to the pattern. Maybe you’ll want to make one too!!

I was knitting a long sleeve, half-brioche sweater made with Coboo (cotton/bamboo yarn). I finished the body and was working on the first arm. I wasn’t loving it. Little things about this project bothered me, so I completely frogged ALL that work! Now the Coboo is going to live on as this shirt, Davit by Berroco and I feel much better 😊 Although the suggested yarn is nubby and gorgeous, I’m going to reuse my Coboo and hopefully finish the shirt while it’s still warm enough to show it off!

Take a look at (and touch and squeeze) the Dotted Swiss Cowl at Spinning Yarns in Dover. It was so much fun knitting the shop sample with Plymouth Yarn’s new Beach Pebbles. Now I want one in every color and so will you! You only need 2 skeins, so why not?! 👍🏼🧶
