Just a reminder that our free bins are out front of our store Saturday after close until Tuesday when we reopen. Stop and Take a look. Please keep items in bins.

Big shout out to Elizabeth Hunt for covering the store for me this afternoon so I could leave early and spend our first day at camp with my mom. Mom doesn't remember, but just over a week ago she was in the hospital with pneumonia, sepsis and a heart rate of 189 and eventually she wasn't even able to swallow. The Drs were not predicting a good outcome. Today was a gift with her. A gift a week ago I didn't think we'd have.

These Saturdays are so important to our family and when volunteers are able to buy me precious time I can never get back I just don't even have words. Even donating 2-3 hrs makes it worth it to pick up my mom and travel to camp and back. I can't thank you all enough!! You are all so amazing. You are all like family to us.

My mom kept thanking us for the 7-8 hours today we were able to spend with her before she had to get back. She said she'd sleep well tonight after such a lovely day.

Calling all school personnel! We need summer volunteers, especially Saturdays- both at the store and Donation Center.

It takes a minimum of 2 volunteers to run the store on Saturdays and more if people work partial shifts. If you ever considered volunteering- consider this your sign! We are a great team to work with. We are open 10-3 at the store and 10-2 at the Donation Center.

Our dedicated volunteers need time off. If people can donate a couple hours once a month or a a shift every other week or whatever you can do will be helpful.
