It’s been a minute since I’ve shared some updates and I’m working my way back after a three-month hiatus from my business.

Removing the pressure of posting on social media has been pretty amazing, but it’s time to get back to work and rebuild the future!

While I haven’t exactly “take time off”, but instead, I’ve used this space to connect some of the dots and think through things in my head after twelve years of building Third Piece.

It’s come with some serious inner work to figure out where I want to go from here?

Back in May, I openly shared that despite all of my efforts the business just wasn’t working and it was time to take a pause.

I didn’t want to quit, but I knew I couldn’t keep going.

I recognized that I needed some help. So this summer, I brought in a mindset coach that’s been helping me work through the reflection and reprogramming process, which hasn’t come easy!

On my Substack, I’m sharing more on this work and this new perspective that’s been helping me return to things with some fresh energy. 🌱
