It’s with mixed emotions that I tell you The Rugged Roost has closed its doors.

But when one door closes, another one opens. In this case, it’s a door to The Shoppe. The Shoppe began operating in The Rugged Roost’s location in Bargersville on May 2 with many of the same vendors that you’ve gotten to know and love through your patronage at The Rugged Roost. The Shoppe is owned and operated by Jim and JoAnn Houdek. They’re good people and have good things in store for the future of the location! So, I encourage you all to “like” their page and support them as loyally as you have The Rugged Roost for the last 2.5 years.

I can’t thank you enough for your business and your friendship. It has been a pleasure.
