YOU ARE HEREBY AGREEING THAT MAIN STREET CONSIGNMENT LLC & AMBERL

UXE CONSIGNMENT BOUTIQUE LLC RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SELL YOUR ITEMS ON YOUR BEHALF. RULES FOR CONSIGNMENT- INITIAL NEXT TO EACH

__________ YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE AND MANAGE EMAIL. THIS IS HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH OUR CONSIGNORS.

_________ A VALID CHECKING ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED. CASH IS NOT PAID OUT, YOU WILL BE WRITTEN A CHECK FOR FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE “CASH” OPTION.

________ CONDITION: ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN & FOLDED AND BROUGHT IN A HARD SIDED CONTAINER. WE DO NOT TAKE CLOTHING IN GARBAGE BAGS

_________ ITEMS ARE ON THE SALES FLOOR FOR 60 DAYS. AT 61 DAYS THEY BECOME STORE OWNED AND HEAVILY DISCOUNTED OR DONATED AT OUR DISCRETION. - UNLESS THE VALUE IS OVER $50- THEN IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COME IN AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BY MONITORING YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU CAN SEE THE EXPIRATION.

_________ BUYERS FEE: THERE IS A $.99 BUYERS FEE ADDED TO ANYTHING PRICED $4.99 OR LESS & $1.99 BUYERS FEE ADDED TO ANYTHING $5.00 OR MORE- THAT IS NOT SPLIT WITH THE CONSIGNOR. THERE IS NO COST TO CONSIGNOR .CONSIGNING IS FREE.

___________ COMMISSION: YOU CAN CHOOSE TO GET “PAID” FOR YOUR ITEMS DIRECTLY FOR 40% OR YOU CAN CHOOSE TO USE YOUR FUNDS FOR IN STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR 50%. NO “CASH” WILL BE GIVEN AT OUR AMBERLUXE CONSIGNMENT BOUTIQUE, LLC STORE. ALL PAYOUTS WILL BE IN CHECK FORM. THERE IS A $1 FEE FOR MAILING OUT ANY CHECKS.

__________ DISCOUNTS: We have the right to Discount any item for any reason; normal markdowns at 50% generally happen at 30-45 Days (depending on the item) If we have Special Events & Sales- those discounts get split between the Consignor & Main Street Consignment AND/OR AmberLuxe Consignment Boutique. If there is a specific item that you would not like discounted, it needs to be written down on the Signature Page- therefore we can add it that way to our system.

YOU CAN SEE WHAT ITEMS ARE LISTED AT EACH STORE, PRICE, WHAT THE ITEM SELL FOR AND ANY DISCOUNTS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF THE SALE, HOW MUCH MONEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT ITEMS ARE SELLING AND WILL BE NOTIFIED EVERY TIME SOMETHING SELLS, IF YOU HAVE THE APP DOWNLOADED ON YOUR PHONE.

👏 That’s a wrap for October Drop Offs😳😘…not included are the 8 baskets behind the counter & the 6 racks that have clothes hanging and ready to go out, plus the inventory that has already gone out😱
