Dear Baltimore,

It is with great sadness that we announce Amazing Spiral Comics & Games is closing; and our last day of operations will be Tuesday, August 29th. However, in typical Amazing Spiral fashion, we are choosing to celebrate our customers, the comics, and the shop's nearly 20-year history with a big ol' GRAND FINALE CLOSING SALE!
The sale will run Thursday 8/24 THROUGH Tuesday 8/29. (Yes, we are going to be open on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.) The shop's hours will be 12-7pm daily.

Nearly everything in the shop will be 50% off--including Single Issues (new and recent), Graphic Novels + Manga, Kid's Books, Board Games, RPG manuals, Toys, Collectibles, Posters, Apparel, Dollar comics, and more. We'll also be selling a selection of the framed art which has decorated the shop for years; as well as our cardboard character standees and even our beloved, life-size Spider-Man statue.

So please, help us give Amazing Spiral the viking funeral it deserves--well, minus the bonfire--and come through sometime in the next week!

TONIGHT, from 6-8pm, we’re teaching folks how to paint miniatures. Are you an experienced painter and just want to hang out? That’s cool too!

Admission costs $15 and includes your very own miniature figure you’ll get to take home after the workshop. Bring your own mini to paint and admission is only $10.

Hey Baltimore,

Sooo, we need a few more days to finish recovering from this stinkin' COVID infection. Shop hours will be reduced again this week but we'll definitely be back to our regular schedule next week.

This week, we'll be closed Wednesday & Thursday but we'll be open on Friday and Saturday from 12-7pm.
