The health and safety of our community and customers is our top priority while we collectively work together to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in accordance with the expert guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities. Given the current situation, we would like to provide you with an update for your local Rent a Center store location:
Active Account
• We offer the ability to make your payment online via our EPay system if you feel more comfortable connecting with us this way instead of visiting us in the store. Please call your local store directly to get your online account activated today if this option is preferable for you.
• We will be waiving any fees associated with making your payment over the phone as an additional measure to provide you with a convenient alternative to make your payment.
• If you incur any disruption with your employment during this unprecedented time, please contact our store directly so we can work with you to accommodate the situation.
New Product Needs
• We understand that you may have to spend extra time at home in the coming weeks, as such we will be offering special discounts to families needing home entertainment merchandise (TVs, laptops, gaming systems, etc).
• We have enhanced our delivery protocols to get the merchandise you need to your home safely.
• Our team will call ahead to ensure you are well and able to receive product delivery. When possible, we will leave the product at your front door without needing to enter your home.
Our Store
• We have enhanced our cleaning protocols in store with extra measures as recommended by CDC and local public health authorities.
• As of today, we are maintaining normal store hours until further notice.
