I can’t believe it’s already been a whole year since I launched my own Patreon!

I didn’t start this Patreon for the money (though let’s be real, it helps). I started it as a way to keep my creative brain from melting into a puddle of overthinking and I am escastic to it actually worked.

Over the past year, I’ve found a rhythm. I’ve stopped spiraling over making every single design wildly different just for the sake of it.

Instead, I’ve learned that (1) cohesive designs actually make a more cohesive brand, and (2) it’s the words that make the magic. The snark, the honesty, the humor. That’s the good s**t.

I don’t see myself slowing down anytime soon. It has become one of my favorite creative spaces, and I hope I can keep making weird, wonderful, slightly unhinged things for a long time!
