One of the bolts used to attach the vibrato to the body of this did not match the anchor’s thread pitch, so it stuck out of the body 15 millimeters. They shipped it anyway.

We replaced the factory bolts, and don’t you know, it now plays the way it should.

round-neck in the shop for a neck reset. This model is 24 years old, but still looks brand new. They utilize a four-bolt system for attaching the neck which allows us to do our job in fewer steps. We set this one up in open D, and she sounds great!
