Grateful to have the opportunity to visit KIPP Heights in the Nations Capital. I got the chance to read both my Children’s Book, and and my Comic Book series 1st edition to students. In addition I signed autographed action cards for each student in the class.

Students were engaged and loved both books. Elementary School reading tours are a great way to get students in excited about reading more. In a generation that has taken over in technology we must find innovative ways to continue to implement reading opportunitie to improve literacy in schools.
