2025 was a year of extremes. The world increasingly became more and more terrifying and I’ve experienced such sadness. This year was a hard year for small businesses, mine included, but I also made new pieces I’m so proud of, made so many new small biz friends, and attended lots of new markets! In contrast to the sadness I’ve felt when looking at the state of the world, and the fears I have for the future, I’ve also experienced such joy in my personal life. I got to know the Baltimore art community, made new friends and deepened existing friendships, got to travel to new places, and ended the year surrounded by love. It feels strange to talk about the good things when there’s been so much bad also, but we have to focus on the good things in times like these. Thank you to everyone who has supported my business this year and helped me do what I love, and to all my loved ones for adding such joy to an overwhelmingly dark year 🩷
