Our section from the event tonight that we did with a caterer. We provided truffles, sweet chocolate minis, dark chocolate dipped apricot, Finca chips, melted chocolate for strawberries, and chocolate shells that were filled at their location with hazelnut cream and glazed fruit.

Working with a caterer for a fundraising event tomorrow. Their space, so all clear to use allergens. Hazelnut cream filled 70% Cocoa (Finca, Belize) shells. Ohhh so good 😋.
