Ceremony.............................................12 sq ft/ person
Cocktail Hour.......................................15 sq ft/ person
Served Dinner......................................20 sq ft/person

Buffet Dinner.......................................25 sq ft/ person

Other elements also add to the overall size of the tent:

Bar Area....................................................add 200 sq ft
Dance Floor.....................................add 4 sq ft/ person
Band.................................................add 20 sq ft/ piece
DJ................................................................add 48 sq ft

Prior experience in party rentals is desirable but not essential, as we will provide training to the ideal candidate. The successful applicant must be capable of lifting 10-15 pounds.
