The Texas High School Bass Association is looking for a motivated and dependable Open Tournament Director to join our team.

This position will oversee tournaments in the following divisions:
• Hill Country
• Bayou City
• Houston

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing tournament operations across 16 events per season, ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tournament setup, operations, and breakdown
• Coordinate with anglers, captains, and staff on-site
• Ensure all rules and procedures are followed
• Transport tournament equipment to each event

Requirements:
• Must have access to a 3/4 ton truck capable of towing trailers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
