Keto friendly air fried chicken breast.
4 boneless chicken breasts
Beat 3 eggs
Mix together 1.5 cups of almond flour, .5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
Dredge the chicken in the egg mixture and then roll completely in almond flour mixture
I used my new electric outdoor Ninja Woodfire Grill on the air fryer mode. This is a versatile 7 and 1 combination grill/smoker/air fryer/ roaster, etc.
I spritzed this with some olive oil after it pre heated.
The directions stated to cook at 390 for 8 to 13 minutes on the air fryer mode and to flip it halfway thru. But the chicken was a little thick so it wasn’t done. I cooked it for an additional 13 minutes flipping it again halfway through. It was crispy and tender inside and even my foster son, Little G ate it and he never likes anything I cook.
