Some good news! Our forwarder has informed us that the remainder of our FT-32E Hadid shipment has arrived in the US and is currently awaiting final customs clearance.

Thank you all for your continued patience while we work through this delay. As soon as the remaining shipment is released and arrives at our warehouse, we will begin packing and shipping the remaining preorders as quickly as possible.

We wanted to provide a quick update: we’re still waiting for the shipment to clear customs and be handed over to FedEx for final delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated arrival date at this time, but we’re hopeful it will be released soon.

As always, once the shipment arrives, our team will work quickly to pack and ship all preorders as fast as possible.

Hey everyone! We wanted to give you a quick heads up regarding some recent USPS shipments.

Our regular USPS carrier was out last week, and unfortunately the temporary replacement missed our scheduled pickups from 6/5 to 6/8. As a result, some packages sat longer than they should have before entering the USPS system.

The good news is that all affected packages were picked up on 6/9 and are now on their way. Many of them were not scanned at pickup, so tracking may still show limited movement, but updates should start appearing soon.

We’re sorry for the delay and appreciate everyone’s patience. Thanks for sticking with us, and if you have any concerns about your order, feel free to reach out!
