I love seeing one of my designs stitched! 💖I saw this posted on IG ~ a stitcher picked it up for her Austin souvenir while she was in town. She made it look adorable! I finally got some things stitched! 🎉 Even though I've custom painted a bazillion canvases for customers to stitch, I haven't personally stitched for years. But this year I was inspired by several happy events to sit still long enough to stitch 5 ornaments and a belt! 💖🥰 Two engagements 💍, a wedding 💒 , a first grandbaby 🍼, the cover of Alex & Bruce's book, and a life belt 💙. (I still owe Bruce his own book ornament since this one is Alex's.) Truth be told the belt was my covid project, started in April 2020, when I realized what was happening. And thanks to virtual church services, I 'sat still' listening to good words ✨and stitched on Sunday mornings mostly. But this past year I was determined to finish and I did! Inspired by how cool the belt turned out ~ and my son's reaction 😊, I painted the ornaments, started stitching, and was surprised how quickly I stitched them! I was so excited to see them finished and hanging on my family's Christmas trees! 🎄💖🥰 I'm currently plotting my next personal canvas to stitch...! 🎉 (All designs are my own except the baby one ~ I stitched another designer's adorable canvas, adapting it to add the year.)

It's always SO fun to see a canvas I custom painted all stitched up beautifully and finished so adorably! 🥰 (Yes, I said that about guys' football jerseys. 😄)She saw her canvas posted on my IG page and messaged me. I love everything about it, including the great idea to have a pocket for the original happy photo that I painted from! 🤩
