Our products are displayed in brightly lit cases, complete with sample kits and builds to help our customers see the sheer number of options available to them. Our goal is to help create the perfect e-cig kit for each customer. While we do offer pre-built kits with everything you need to get started, we prefer to take our time and walk our customers through the process of building their perfect kit. Every customer will get the opportunity to work one-on-one with a sales specialist to build their kit or select the product they need. We will take the time to answer your questions, explain how and why things work, and make sure you have the chance to test out your purchase before you leave the store. Take as much time as you need, working one-on-one with a sales specialist to make sure you get the right battery, tank, atomizer and accessories to meet your needs. We recognize that you have chosen to shop with us and make that initial investment in getting away from to***co or improving your experience as a v**er with our products and flavors, and we want to make sure you get the most out of that investment. We want to customize your va**ng experience - whether you're transitioning from analog (traditional) smoking or just looking for something new, we have a huge inventory of Ego-style batteries, top of the line mods, tanks and atomizers for you to choose from. Demonstration & Tutorial:
Create A Cig believes strongly in educating our customers about our products. Before you leave one of our stores, your sales specialist will demonstrate and explain the use, maintenance and storage of your electronic cigarette. We will explain how to fill and replace your atomizer, how to clean and maintain your product, how charging works, how to store and protect your e-cig from accidental damage, and make sure all of your product is perfect working order before you leave the store. This process allows us to replace defective product and suggest accessories and add-ons that will enhance the experience or correct any problems you encounter while learning about your device. It is also a great time to get answers to any questions that weren't covered during the sales process. If a customer is unable to take the time to go through this demonstration and tutorial is our sales specialist, they are welcome to come in at another time.
