THE DSFP LOGO DIRECTORY
new section on our website showcasing over 50 ds//fp, dontstress//flowerpress, and delistedworld logos

I've been wanting to do this for so long!! A big part of our mission here is to highlight the work of other artists. I've made a few logos myself, but nothing beats the opportunity to commission a real illustrator. I've been very blessed to get to use ds//fp at this capacity, and we want to make sure that everyone's logo is archived and showcased properly instead of getting lost

Back in the day I was always told I have to brand ds//fp right or it will fail. That I have to put my logo on every spline of each cassette and CD release along with its catalog number to let people know that this is MY release and I'm here to tell you thats some bu****it. do what you want. its not about us or what I'm doing. this is about the releases, the music, the artwork, and sometimes my regular logo just isn't going to cut it for an artist's release and thats 100% okay. What if I put out a hardcore album, do you think they're gonna want my deathcore logo on there?

Thank you to everyone who has taken a part of creating imagery for ds//fp. Each page on our site has contact info for every artist, but they're also tagged here. I encourage you to follow them at the least- but if you ever see a "who does logos?" post you gotta send them this page. Hopefully I'll have more reasons to commission more artists soon, but for now, thank you to:

half a year ago y'all were calling me dramatic and sending me deth threats for pointing out how Deathly Decibles was not paying artists, but rather stealing from them and likely all of their supporters

We've been around for a long time (too long maybe) and we only want to speak up to advocate for fair artist pay and conditions. ds//fp has helped start over 12 different record labels over the years- We actually want MORE people on the scene and doing stuff right!! This s**t is real life its never about drama or doing it ourselves, please pay attention to who you're supporting because these are life changing consequences for the scene, the artists we love, and the people who support them

We been very vocal about how Spencer / DDR was using the money taken from literal kids bands to lease temporary licenses of legacy artists without them even knowing. Sorry for all the heartbreaking news. Go file your claim and use your refund money to buy a shirt from the artists we wanted to support. The window for claim is small seeing as DDR is filed as an LLC, meaning if he files for bankruptcy it will freeze (or in other words protect) his assets- meaning literally no consequences will happen unless we take him to court which is so expensive that he knows it won't happen. Thanks for letting me be a part of the scene and sorry again for the bad news
