TT Pottery is a family-owned and operated pottery factory located in Binh Duong, south of Vietnam. Our product specialties include unique outdoor glazed and unglazed pots, planters, jars, vases, urns, and water fountains. Ceramics from TT Pottery come in a variety of shapes and sizes including extra large and tall. In addition, we offer a wide range of striking colors for our products, all of which are resistant to color fading and cracking.

We produce and export premium handmade Vietnamese pottery to clients in the United States, Brazil, Australia and across the globe. All of our pottery is made to order and tested for consistency and quality. Our staff works with multiple shipping carriers across the world to create an affordable and effective network. As a result, we can reduce your businesses costs and help bring savings to your customers.

We work directly with businesses. Our customers include independent garden centers, pottery stores, wholesalers and distributors. TT Pottery is dedicated to helping our clients find the right container solution that reduces costs and promotes growth.
Position Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage all Ten Thousand Pots B2B wholesale customer accounts, as well as, TT Pottery container sales.
Present, promote and sell TT Pottery containers using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
