Interestingly August is the annivesary month for Inner Sanctum. This year 2021 TWO magazine articles came out that were about or mentioned Inner Sanctum. Alcalde, the Texas-Exes mag, did an article

From 1970 until 1997, Inner Sanctum Records thrived on West 24th Street as a place for UT students and Austinites to expand their musical minds at the first—and eventually oldest—indie record store in Texas. Opened three weeks after Armadillo World Headquarters, the two businesses flourished in ...

Inner Sanctum justed had it's 47th (OMG!) anniversary since it opened. Here's a video I did for the 40th celebration that tells the story. Enjoy!

Here's one for the good ol' days that Inner Sanctum was a part of. Keep an eye out and you just might see that ol' school Inner Sanctum gang.

I was out of Inner Sanctum before Loreena McKennitt started her musical career, but we would have sold a LOT of her albums (and it would have sounded great on our wonderful in store music system). This is the last 15 minutes of about a 90 minute show (if you would like a copy, let me know).

This is the last portion of a larger video I did for Richard Dorsett's memorial celebration. If you would like a copy of the full video(no charge), contact m...
