My mommy Michélle Du Plessis-Scholtz Micha's Life had such a great birthday that I am totally bushed!!! What a day!!

And I now have to watch the NFL just because mommy turned 49 today and she heard a team nicknamed “49ers” play!!

Super Bowl!!! No! SUPER BUSHED!!!

As I am doing my daily Bible study this morning, I dealt with YHWH’s marriage with His Children at Sinai.

It goes in depth about taking Israel from Egipt over a period of 40 years.

40 Years in which YHWH Yireh has provided. A period where His Children were never hungry, sick or in any need. How AMAZING is that!?

I then realized that when you are going through the utmost of hardships in your life you MUST praise Elohim YHWH for He uses that to cleanse His Children, teach them and prepare them for what He will bring to them in abundance to receive and to value!!!

So instead of asking “why is He letting this or that happen to me? I am His Child, why?, rather ask “Why is it not happening enough!?” “I need to be clean and cleansed and only He can do that!”

Pray for YHWH to cleanse you. Through His Love the His hardships will be your Salvation!

Thank you Father YHWH for Your Hardships in my life! Thank YOU for Your Cleanser. I love YOU!

At the “tender age” of just shy of 49 I was introduced to TONA Activewear.

And yes, like we all do, I thought it to be just another brand and I treated it as such. Until I literally wore it!

At first I was shocked because feeling naked is “not” normal?

I then started wearing it literally everyday and thought I was going to wash it into rags.

However, because of a joyride on an Austin Steam train May 1, 2022 I am suffering of constant pain (herniated discs amongs some) - after an accident, I cannot work out so I just wear the TONA’s

Every single night I wake up from pain due to this accident. And I am literally drenched in sweat. 4 Nights ago I thought that, out if sheer desperation, I should sleep in this active TONA’s. And I did. I SLEPT!!!

I thought it to be a hoax and tried another night and had the same results.

Then, scepticism set in and I didn’t sleep with them the next night only to wake up with and by pain!!!

I then realized that when I turn I literally heard my spine cracking!! And that doesn’t happen wearing these magic TONA wear!!!

So I contacted the company today and told them that I am in love. And tomorrow I have an appointment with one of their top “guys”.

So I want to say, although it is for “Girls who gym” I think it is also for people with pain!!
