It proves that history books don’t have to look boring, as this looks incredible on the shelf!

A bit of the old ultra-violence and a whole lot of beauty. 🍊⚙️

This is an incredible, surreal frontispiece illustration by Ron Miller from the 2000 Easton Press edition of “A Clockwork Orange” by Anthony Burgess. Miller’s striking artwork captures the protagonist, Alex, in his duality of violent delinquency and forced state rehabilitation.

Published in 1962, this dystopian masterpiece forces us to ask: is a man who cannot choose good really a man at all?

What is your favorite piece of art in a classic book?
