The Ag meeting that started all the issues with our farm. I wouldn't change a thing in regards to hosting a once in a lifetime meeting for my fellow Christmas tree growers that came from throughout the Midwest.

Thanks to Lisa and the Beacon for seeing the value of this meeting, not only for the growers but also the county. The attendees
stayed and spent alot of money in Dearborn County over those 3 days.

The more you know: Did you know Planning and Zoning "Director" doesn't report to anyone at the county or state level - appointed by the commisioners. Can you say Power Trip. The only way the director may not get her/his way is if it goes before BZA. This is insane power and model in government.

They may the decisions at what is approved unless it goes to the BZA - my point! Also, maybe update the website with minutes, meeting agendas, and schedule - last schedule I could find was 2023.

We have decided to wind down activities at our farm. Everything has been ordered for this year (trees/ merch) so we will be open this Christmas season and few days during the fall. I hope everyone will continue to support us - I really don't want all of Christmas items left!

I also will not be posting in Manchester's group as I believe the coward monitors and reports everything I post. 🤨
