Selling my Bullet Bunker 44LS bullet trap. If anyone needs a good safe way to do backyard shooting this is the trap. It's rated for any handgun caliber (literally any). It's easy to clean and everything that can wear down is easily replaced and cheap to do so. The front rubber piece is rated for thousands of rounds and mine only has maybe 2k if that so plenty of use left. You can get the fronts from bullet bunker for like $40. The inside is full of tire pieces to stop the round from bouncing around inside. The price is usually $1400 + expensive freight shipping.
I'm selling for $750 you pick it up. You will need 2 or 3 strong people and a truck or suv. Let me know if interested, I am cleaning it up as we speak, it's just a little sandy from having sand bags over it.

Hello everyone I apologize for lack of post and info. FB dislikes us in the industry and it took forever to get my account back. That said Covid has ruined small fi****ms shops (well the demand for fi****ms is so high us small guys cannot get anything). Along with that I am in middle of a few procedures so I am going to have to shut down for now. I will let everyone know if anything changes. Just a reminder as of July 1st no more tax on Fi****ms / Ammunition purchases. Now if we can actually start ordering it again soon this will be a huge thing for us West Virginians.

BUCKHANNON — Beginning July 1, 2021, West Virginians can purchase small arms and ammunition with no sales tax included. House Bill 2499, which was passed on April 1, removes the sales tax from small arms and ammo purchases for consumers.

I was lucky enough to snap this photo before leaving the HQ. In red are myself ( far left) and 2 other new TCs. In the middle is Rob Beckman, senior TC and creator of The Fi****ms Trainers Podcast, who I have listened to for a long time and was an honor. Far right Is Beth Alcazar who was my original TC. Also a senior TC, and the woman who literally wrote the book on women's CCW.

This was an honor to be part of this amazing class and around so many special skilled people. Never let anything hold you back, if you put your mind to it you can do anything.

Also on side note, SCOTUS finally took the NY state pistol case. What that could do just for a quick update anyone that doesnt know. Basically NY/MD/NJ ( and others) make it so difficult to get permits most average normal citizens cannot get one. If this case goes well it could potentially change these states to a shall issue ( where unless there's a good reason to not give you a permit you will get it). So fingers crossed this goes the way it should.

This is the newest graduating class of Training Counselors for the USCCA. I am now the first and only TC in WV. This means soon as I get all the details worked out, I will be able to start instructing people that want to become fi****ms instructors for the USCCA.

I appreciate everyone's patience while I had to shut down to drive up here to WI and take the course. I will make a post detailing the details and more information for anyone interested.

Just want to let everyone know I was accepted into the USCCA training counselor program. This means ( given that I pass) I will be able to teach you folks to be USCCA instructors. There are currently no training counselors in WV and only 2 in VA. So once the course is over and I have more information I will make a post for anyone contemplating becoming a fi****ms instructor. ( you wont have to drive to WI like I had to)

Also this means I will be unavailable for CCW courses and transfers from Apr 23-26 being that the class is in WI again.

Wow they finally added text to the bill. We were already extremely worried about it and now it is worse than we thought. I'll give you a summary. This is very very urgent. You need to keep an eye on happenings in Congress. This bill applies to fi****ms you already own and any future you want to purchase.

A. National registry available to public, military, law enforcement etc.
B.24 hour long training class with live fire.
C. A Psych evaluation with reference interviews
D. Ar15 bans / standard capacity magazines ( 10+)
E. Must tell them exactly where its stored.
F. Must get approval/ background check to loan anyone a firearm
G. Must have fi****ms insurance
H. Prohibition on certain ammunition/ reloading your own
None of the above will be free and just a guess it will cost a few thousand to get this all done. Psych levels, a 3 day class, the application, the insurance, the storage requirements I'm sure will require insane safes etc etc. This isnt about the above its about making it too difficult / expensive for anyone to want to own fi****ms.

Oh and failure to follow the above of course is followed by fines up to $100,000.

This morning the House announced that the Public Safety, Fi****ms Subcommittee is going to hear five gun-control bills THIS AFTERNOON, January 19, 1/2 hour after the House Floor session adjourns (which could be anytime after 1 pm today).

We need to bombard the committee members with an email opposing all of the bills ASAP!

I urge you to OPPOSE the following bills in subcommittee today:

HB1909 - School Boards are offices with adult workers in them, just like thousands of offices across the Commonwealth. It makes no sense to treat them as if they were a school with children in them.

HB1992 - This bill expands the number of things that qualify as misdemeanor domestic violence beyond what the federal government uses to take away gun rights. There is no provision to restore rights in the bill and it would create a lifetime ban on gun ownership for a mere misdemeanor. From a gun-rights perspective under this bill, the person charged would be better off seriously harming the other person and getting a felony conviction, from which their gun-rights could eventually be restored.

HB2128 - This bill could make a person wait up to five business days for a background check approval, which would take more pressure off the government to do a timely background check. The promise to gun owners is that the background check system is supposed to be an INSTANT CHECK, not a five-day waiting period check, which, with weekends/holidays could be up to NINE-days in realtime. The current three days is more than suffi

Wanted to make a post after seeing something a few minutes ago.

Just in case anyone out there thinks "licensing " for fi****ms purchases isnt that bad. Or "you gun guys are crazy it's not going to affect you" or something along those lines. In states where you need permission to even BUY a firearm ( not to carry it, that usually doesnt exist in these states). Here is a prime example on a group just now. 4 months for someone to be approved to pick up a firearm he purchased.

4 months, god forbid they had threats against them, a stalker, crazy ex, the world turning to crap, some kind of major disaster etc etc. There are other examples in other states but this is why we are so against licensing for firearm purchases. ( some states have 1 year wait right now). There are multiple examples in the thread from other people also living there having to wait 3-6months.

Once your rights are gone they are impossible to get back. Best we can pray for is SC taking 2A cases this year and putting an end to this kind of stuff.

Good afternoon everyone (semi political post warning ahead of time).

With the results of the GA election looking like they do I wanted to make a post / sale. Regardless where you stand politically (and i try my best to not get political on my business page) the upcoming President / Senate have made it known they will do everything possible to enact as many gun control laws as they can. This being said if you have tried to buy a gun or ammo this year you know how hard it has been. I haven't been able to order a firearm in months because every single one is backordered (a few months backordered).

There was 21+million fi****ms sold this year (that # is actually way higher due to certain people who do not need background checks). This year people will buy anything and everything they can find. Anytime a new president gets in office it always drives up gun sales. Never before have we had the insane list of gun control promised to be enacted. It will be very very difficult to find fi****ms / ammo. If there is something you see somewhere you want / need you should buy it. This is just me trying to give everyone a heads up on how the state of gun sales will be the next year. Companies are already backed up months before the rush of people wanting every firearm that may be banned, or ammo etc.

I will keep an eye on the regulations / laws that will be voted on. If they get the wish list they posted I will be out of business, there are no if ands or buts. I will update everyone as usual so you can be informed and make your own educated decisions on how you want to comply. I will be open for transfers and CCW courses. I am continuing the 2 for $150 CCW class deal. Hopefully everyone can get permits that want them before something changes down the line.
