Rock U Otaku We are a family owned business focused on Anime and Japanese Culture. We carry a wide variety of items spanning many areas of Anime and Japanese Culture.

We focus on carrying hard to find Japanese Imports, and Japanese candy. Please feel free to make requests. We will try our best to fulfill them. Please message us if you would like to purchase items during non business hours. We will be glad to hold items or make special deliveries. RESERVE POLICY:If you would like us to hold something for you that you see on the website please put reserve on the

comment under the item. Or you can private message us. Due to customers reserving items, and not picking them up we are limiting reserves to 48 hours. If you have not picked up a reserve within that window we will put it back out for sale. RETURNS POLICY: No refunds will be issued. If a customer's item is defective please let us know within 10 days of purchase, and we will order a replacement or give store credit. Thank You

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY: We require a 50% down payment on all special orders at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance will be due when the item arrives. Thank You

IMPORTANT SHOW UPDATE, VENUE CHANGE!

We have an urgent update regarding Augusta Anime-Fest scheduled for Saturday November 15, 2025. Due to unexpected circumstances, the event has been moved to a new venue. The new location is:

Augusta DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel
2651 Perimeter Parkway, Augusta, Georgia, 30909, USA

Please note that the date and time of the event have not changed, only the location. If you have already made plans or shared the previous venue information, we kindly ask that you update it and help spread the word. We want to make sure every attendee, vendor, and guest arrives at the correct location!
