All information is below 👇

-Registration 10am
-Auction starts at 11am
-$100 minimum starting bid per lot
-Cash or card, card has a 3.5% fee for any card
-5% buyers premium
-Must pay sales tax (8%) unless TAX ID IS PROVIDED
-Must take merchandise on Saturday or make arrangements for Sunday
-Checks approved by management must have letter of credit
-ALL merchandise AS IS WHERE IS, inspect before you bid.
-Doors will open at 9am

-All merchandise must be paid for at the close of auction

We want to thank all of our loyal customers for an outstanding 4 years.

But due to circumstances outside our control. Our last day will be December 4th 2023. We will continue to provide flooring and cabinets via direct order.

Bin prices will be as followed:

Friday Dec 1st $5
Saturday Dec 2nd $3
Sunday Dec 3rd $2
Monday Dec 4th will be fill a bag for $20

We will be accepting all reasonable offers on items that are not in the bins. 💸💸
