🦅 Before an eagle can soar, it has to struggle.

When a baby eagle is born, it must crack its own shell. Its parents can’t do it for it. Every peck strengthens the muscles it will need to survive and eventually fly.

Life works much the same way.

The challenge you’re facing today may not be there to break you. It may be there to build you. God often uses pressure, obstacles, and seasons of discomfort to develop the strength, faith, and character we’ll need for what’s ahead.

Pain is temporary. What it teaches you can last forever.

Don’t quit in the middle of your growth. Keep pecking. Keep believing. Keep moving forward.

Action has a way of silencing the doubts that hold us back.

Sometimes God doesn’t reveal the destination until you’re willing to start the journey.

There’s still time.

Time to chase the dream you put on the shelf.
Time to bet on yourself again.
Time to stop talking and start walking.

This week on Founders Friday I’m sharing what it looks like to build a company, coach a program, and still make room to chase a childhood dream.

The goal? Qualify for the PGA Championship.
The promise? To document every step in the Edgar II’s.

I don’t know how the story ends… but I know I’d regret not starting.

This week on Testimony Tuesday, former NFL player shares an honest reminder that hit home for me.

For so long, football was part of his identity. And like many athletes, when that chapter closed, it was difficult to understand what was next. But through conversation and reflection, a friend reminded him that God wasn’t taking something away… He was transitioning him toward teaching, leadership, and a greater purpose.

I think so many of us need that reminder.

Sometimes we hold onto closed doors because we can’t yet see what God is preparing on the other side. But just because one season ends doesn’t mean your purpose does. Sometimes the transition is the blessing.

Your career may change.
Your plans may shift.
The thing you thought would last forever may come to an end.

But God still has purpose for your life.

Trust the transition. There is still greatness ahead.
