Recipe testing in the kitchen laboratory today. This is not the recipe I’m testing, just some leftover ingredients, sugar snap and fresh peas, with my go to lunch- egg salad with Olive Pesto and a sprinkle of Calendula & Chive salt. Sustenance doesn’t have to be complicated.
