Hi, I'm Laura Fry, CEO of MAXX women's clothing, model/actress and entrepreneur in Atlanta, Ga. Originally from Akron, Ohio, where I studied Business Management at Stark State College and University of Phoenix. Having a background in business, I have also worked for several different corporate jobs in customer service, insurance and retail. Working at Allstate Insurance, First Energy, Macy's, Dill
ard's, and State farm just to name a few. With 17 years of strong customer service skills and business, my goal was to launch a clothing one day. Since childhood, I had issues with clothing fitting me correctly as a curvaceous women especially jeans. My goal was to one day design my own clothing line. With that goal in mind, I also wanted to pursue a acting career and modeling. I was able to fulfill this goal by landing supporting roles on several different tv shows and movies such as Tyler Perry's"Love Thy Neighbor", and "For Better or For Worse". I've also worked with BET on television show's "The Game", and Let's Stay Together", and two movies preparing to hit theaters in 2014. Along with the acting roles, I have also worked a few different modeling projects as well. Currently, God has blessed me to pursue my goals and now launching in 2014 MAXX women's clothing line. I feel MAXX will supply a need in women's clothing with the focus on middle sizes (8-16 only). MAXX will be launching in Atlanta, Ga spring of 2014.
