We’re breaking the rules. 🌿✨
Mint is usually a garden “no-no” to plant with other herbs because it spreads fast and can take over. But in a contained window box, you can enjoy multiple varieties in one spot while keeping them from running wild in your garden beds.

We planted five different mints together for a fragrant, easy-to-harvest container that’s perfect for summer drinks, desserts, and fresh garden flavor. Just give it plenty of sun, regular water, and trim often to keep it full and happy.

Each variety has its own charm, fragrance, and growing style. Here’s how to pick the right one for you:

🌿 English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Classic and cold-hardy with sweet-smelling blooms. Perfect for borders, pollinators, and dried bouquets.
🪻 Care tip: Loves full sun, well-drained soil, and light pruning after flowering.

🌞 Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas)
The one with the cute “bunny ears”! Great for containers and early blooms with a strong fragrance.
