I share this post with you now for transparency something a lot of trainers/fitness influencers wont do. Life just gets hard sometimes. And thats ok whats not ok is giving up on yourself completely. Im not going to stay in the best shape year around. I have found its truly better for my mental to just relax sometimes. (Not as much as i did in the photo to the left lol). This gym thing isn’t just about looking good on the beach or being the strongest man/woman in the gym. Its about overall health and functionality. ITS 4th QUARTER LETS FINISH STRONG FAMILY!!!
