Violet Skateboards is gaining momentum as Squeaky continues to earn praise following its premiere. Directed and filmed by William Strobeck, the project features a stacked team including Kader Sylla, Troy Gibson, Patrick O’Mara, Efron Danzig, Joseph Campos, Seven Strong, Kris Brown, Kyle Teh, Auguste Bounznad, and Mike Ward.

After the screening, Bill Strobeck showed love to the crew, posting: “What a crew, Proud of y’all.💜”

With Squeaky dropping online soon, support continues to grow. The transgender-inclusive team is making its mark, and this successful project is just the beginning.

The GOAT Chris Cole has entered the conversation. The skateboarding legend publicly showed support for Pride Month, sharing a message of solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community. 🏳️‍🌈

Since Brian Anderson came out in 2016, LGBTQIA+ visibility in skateboarding has continued to grow through riders, events, and brand campaigns. Cole recently added his support by reposting a Philadelphia Eagles Pride Month message.
