Here are a list of cooking oils to avoid by . Cooking oil at temperatures above their smoke point, should not be used. Cooking oils have a range of smoke points, or temperatures at which they’re no longer stable.
Free radicals, which can harm your body's cells and DNA, are released into the air when an oil is heated beyond its smoke point. These free radicals react with oxygen to form harmful compounds. You absolutely should not be breathing in or consuming these.
Now let’s talk about Seed oils, cause I’ve been using Grapeseed oil to do all my cooking with. I just found out that these oils are heated to extremely high temperatures and are highly processed. Byproducts that are harmful to our health are produced when the fatty acids oxidize as a result of this. Inflammation and the buildup of toxins in body fat are aided by these oils.
And this is why this needed to be shared, no more Grapeseed Oil for me and my family!😬
