A lot goes into prepping for an event but the real fun starts when it's time for sourcing and developing. 💪

We visited D’Best Urban Farm farm last weekend to start our forage 🌱

And now we're furiously cooking, baking and shaking up to make sure everything is as good as we thought it would be. ✨️

Cannot wait to bring this menu to life on the 26th! 🐅

Grilled watermelon 🍉

Rubbed in orange kosho - fermented orange zest + jalapeño 🍊

Dusted with misugaru 미숫가루, roasted whole grain powder - gives a nice nutty malty flavor. 🌾

Finished with queso fresco + herbs from the D’Best Urban Farm farm 🍉

Tickets are officially live for our Korean-ish Summer Picnic, hosted by the amazing D’Best Urban Farm urban farm! We can’t wait to cook, shake, and spin using the freshest summer ingredients against a backdrop of sunflowers and butterflies with you. 🦋🌻

To top it off, we’ve got the incredible Creosote Clone jazz band setting the mood, followed by up-and-coming Korean DJ Jenifer Kang to keep the energy moving all night. 🎷🎧
