Hey y’all, it’s Kember! I hope that the transition of seasons has brought some freshness into your realm.🌱

As we have shifted from Winter and continue to unfurl into Spring, I have found myself needing a bit more grounding to Mother Earth. 🌎

Our Put A Crystal On It Root Chakra healing pod provides for me an instant feeling of connection and pull to the earth beneath me. Filled with red jasper, carnelian, black tourmaline, and clear quartz, this healing pod may just be my favorite. ❤️

I love using one (or more!) of our healing pods during my yoga practice, and the Root Chakra healing pod is a beautiful addition to grounding movements, meditation, and breath work. 🧘🏼‍♀️
