What is self care? By definition self care means any necessary human regulatory function which is under individual control, deliberate and self initiated. So basically it can be just about anything it really just depends on the person. I personally am drawn to acts that involve water for myself care baths 🤤🛀🏾, beach trips 🌊, watering plants 🪴 etc.

Today along with my physical self care I am challenging myself to be kind🥰. Be kind to my mental self, my physical and all those that I come in contact with.

I challenge you all today to pick something that you are usually hard on yourself about and find a way to do something that will help you improve how you treat yourself. Share your physical or mental self care goals for today below.
