TRANSPARENCY POST :
*NO business talk, just *
When my son Ezra was closing in on two years old, I remember going to the pediatrician and discussing speech milestones. She asked if he had 50 words in his vocabulary and I knew in the back of my head, there was no way that was the case for my son and I was always concerned.
Speech therapy was encouraged, and Ezra has had a speech therapist since then.
Knowing that my little chicken nugget has a speech/language delay definitely had me questioning my parenting and mommy guilt quickly set in.
I know I have my shortcomings in motherhood, but I lay my head down at night knowing i will implement and do whatever is needed for him to be the best version of himself!
❌NO hearing issues
❌ NO autism
❌ NO tongue-tie
just a healthy toddler who isn’t quite the best talker yet. and thats okay! What are some shortcomings you've overcome as a mom?
