At Full Time Mom & Co., we’re all about simple habits that pour back into you
One thing I keep in my routine? Apple cider vinegar.
Not because it’s trendy but because it actually supports the kind of energy and balance we need as moms doing everything.
Here’s why it stays in my kitchen:
• Helps support digestion (because let’s be real… we don’t have time to feel bloated and sluggish)
• Supports balanced blood sugar; steady energy matters when little ones need you all day
• Gives a natural boost without the crash
• Supports gut health (and a healthy gut = a stronger, more energized mama)
• Helps curb constant snacking because we’re always “grabbing a bite” in between everything
I mix 1–2 tablespoons in water, sometimes with lemon + a little honey, and drink it before meals.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about choosing small things that help you show up better.
Because at the end of the day…you can’t pour into everyone else if you’re running on empty.
