30 Day Hair Growth Challenge: Moment of Truth.

On average we grow about 1/4 of and inch of hair each month. In just under 30 days that’s about how much growth I achieved.

I got growth and length retention but let’s put this product to the real test. I am going to continue this challenge for another 30 days. This time I’m going to document my progress with my edges, a more problem area for me. Stay tuned for that.

Germs grow in our spray bottles very quickly. 😲

Here are some good practices for keeping the harmful bacteria and mold away. 🤜🦠

It’s just water: Even if your bottle only contains water, empty it daily. Be sure to rinse and dry after every use. Sanitize at least once a week.

Special Mixtures: We love our moisturizing mixtures that we use to rehydrate our hair but be extra careful when putting these mixes in your spray bottles. Bacteria grows even faster once we start adding other ingredients and chemicals into our spray bottles😳. It’s a good practice to only mix what you are using for that day. Wash and sanitize your spray bottle after each use.
