All eBay. Not a killer haul but glad to have it this time of year!

Still listing like crazy over here. About to be starting next Mondays listings.

Been pretty quiet lately, grinding behind the scenes. Not really in a creative space lately. Appreciate everyone who is in my corner!

What a difference a week makes…

Last Monday I was listing day by day. Just going through the motions of my routine. Decided to set a $500 daily listing goal.

Fast forward to today. I’ve got 5 $500 days in the draft bank ready to go!

What I didn’t expect this to do…:

Totally removed the urgency and pressure of that days listing duties. I am testing / cleaning days ahead and in spurts as it’s not a massive rush.

The overall operation is becoming more preemptive vs reaction based.

Totally has been a liberating change to my processes. It’s not running perfect, but it’s in better shape than it was 9 days ago!

Day 8 of $500 in listings in the books with 2 days in the pocket. Hope to get 4 days ahead this evening during couch time!

This little notepad I found in a unit has absolutely helped me step up my listing game!

Started using it Monday with a goal that day of $500 in listed value.

Next day, let’s try it again…

Fast forward to right now…

$500 a day for 5 days, with two more $500 days banked, and half way home on Memorial days $500 goal.

New goal is get 7 days ahead to be prepared for vacation.

Trying to spread the heavy hitters out to one a day and fill in with volume also.

What this goal has also done…

I have a pipeline of items being cleaned and tested that I have been avoiding while grabbing low hanging fruit to just hit my bare minimum goals.

Momentum is a big deal. Never know how one little thing can turn into a big thing..

Shout out to shawnsfinds, it’s amazing how one creator documenting his process can light a fire in another one.

Hope I can pay it forward to someone else!
