As most of you know I had a stroke back the end of October and have been healing. Going into this New Year I am focused on healing and getting better. My daughter is running everything right now so if you need anything just let us know things are still running just a little slower. Thank y'all for being patient with me during this time. I really appreciate it more than y'all could ever know.

​We have some wonderful news to share regarding our shipping schedule!
​While our owner is still focusing on recovery from her recent health issues, we are thrilled to announce that we are now completely caught up on all orders! The shipping delays are officially a thing of the past. 🎉
​We owe this incredible turnaround to the dedication of one amazing person: the owner's daughter! She stepped in and worked around the clock to ensure all your Sunshine Boxes were packed with care and shipped out while her mom rests and heals. We are so proud of her and immensely grateful for her commitment to keeping the sunshine flowing!

💛 Calling on Our Baking Community 💛

It breaks my heart to share that our dear friend Amy Stanley, owner of Sunshine Boxes, recently suffered a stroke. She’s currently in rehabilitation and making progress every day — but this unexpected medical emergency has placed a heavy financial strain on her and her family.

As many of you know, Amy is a self-employed baker and single mom who pours her heart into every treat she makes. Because she runs her own small business, she doesn’t have health insurance to help cover these mounting expenses.

We’re asking our wonderful baking community and friends to rally together and lift Amy up in any way possible — whether it’s a donation to the GoFundMe, or a gift card to places like Kroger, Walmart, or Amazon to help with daily needs.

Even the smallest contribution can make a big difference. Together, we can help ease some of the burden while she focuses on healing and returning to what she loves most — spreading joy through her baking.

Let’s remind Amy that she’s not alone — that this community stands beside her the same way she’s always been there to cheer for others. 🧁💛

💖 A Little Honesty Moment 💖
I love you all — but I also know my limits! 😅 I’m not afraid to admit when I’m feeling crabby. That’s when I seem to transform from peace, love, and cupcakes to a full-blown vigilante defending… well, who even knows what at that point! 😂

I caught myself getting a little too feisty online and had to delete a few comments — oops! So, I’m taking a breather. 🍂 Tomorrow we’re taking a little jaunt to see the fall leaves and reset my zen. I’ll be back Sunday, hopefully full of peace, sugar, and cinnamon again! 🧘‍♀️💗
