Opening up a customers XBOX series X that had already been repaired by another shop but had HDMI issues and the first picture is what I see 😅 almost every trace has been repaired previously 😅. Re-wired every trace and also replaced the NEXUS power button ribbon connector. This was a challenge but I love a challenging repair and a happy customer!
Got it fixed for far less than any other quote the customer received!

Over the past year repairs have taken a backseat because of health concerns and my other business. I only did repairs for close friends for the most part. I just started doing repairs again this week and my cup runneth over, I honestly can’t say how thankful I am to have these repairs on my desk, I’m sure there’s more where that came from!

OGXBOX with ModXo chip installed and OGX-mini mod chip that allows you to use any controller with zero delay. Clear XBOX jewel and eject button got new blue LEDs. Old crusty hard drive replaced with SD card to IDE adapter with 80wire 40pin IDE cable! Super quiet and cool with a 60mm Noctua fan upgrade! Worth every penny to save this XBOX from the junk pile because of a bad disk drive!
